Shipping policy

DOMESTIC

• Allow 2-5 business days for orders to ship unless otherwise specified on the product page.
• Allow 4-6 week lead time on items sent in for the OG-MYNT™ C.A.R.E. Program.
• We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL

• We currently offer flat-rate shipping to select countries. At this current time, our shipping rates do NOT cover duties and taxes.
• Allow 10-14 business days for orders to ship unless otherwise specified on the product page (not including any customs and duties delays).
• We are unable to ship to PO boxes/ local post office boxes.
• Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not accept exchanges.
